Who are the Purple People? This team is quickly becoming the most well received, loved, and appreciated individuals on the streets of downtown and in Center City Park to visitors and downtown businesses alike. That is, besides the Center City Resource Team (police bike and foot patrol) who are also getting well received attention.

They are the Clean and Green Team who take care of enhanced services for the Central Business District and work hard every day to ensure our downtown looks good, with services such as:

 ·    sidewalk steam cleaning/power washing

·    hanging flower baskets

·    graffiti removal

·    tree well cleaning

·    snow and ice removal
