Elm and W. Friendly are accessible to pedestrians (west and south side of park) ·   More trees and topsoil are being installed   The grand opening celebrations have been postponed due to unexpected delays. Open for normal use within six weeks.   E. MARKET Street: Water Resources is performing construction work on E.
