The festivities will be held at the corner of S. Elm and McGee Streets downtown. ALL students and community members are welcome to this event! Free parking and shuttles available. | ROAD CONSTRUCTION ALERT | GDOT and the City of Greensboro would like to inform you of the following: GREENE STREET PARKING DECK USERS: The Greene Street stairwell and elevator lobby will be CLOSED at 7pm on Friday August 18 thru Monday August 21-mid day. Sandblasting will be performed due to the paint flaking in this area. Please use the Washington St. side stairs and elevator if you are using the deck EDGEWORTH STREET: On Wednesday August 9 at 9am, Edgeworth Street will be CLOSED in its entirety for approximately one (1) week at Edgeworth Street between Smith Street and Battleground Avenue. Motorists are asked to follow the detour signs. The affected roadways are expected to be open for normal use within six to eight weeks.
