The museum will be open on Monday 9am-12pm to everyone this day to join in the celebration of friendship and fun. Activities include making friendship bracelets, reading stories honoring MLK Jr., a Friendship Parade at 11am, and the chance to help local artist, Andrew Paulk, Sr., whose energizing art in Creation Station to create an airbrushed mural honoring Dr. King. In partnership with the Caldcleugh Multicultural Arts Center, GCM offers The Culture of Color program series. Each Saturday through the end of March, local artists including painters, actresses, storytellers, singers, dancers and drummers will be at GCM to perform.
